Terms and Refund Policy

Terms and Refund Policy:

1. We update our pictures regularly, but please note that due to the custom nature of these baits, there might be slight variations in colors, tails, glitter, trailer blades, colored tips/no color tips, bar/scale patterns, eye colors and other subtle differences. If these minor differences are important to you please email us and we can verify what the current stock looks like. With many baits coming in and out daily we can't verify all these details. 

2.  International Shipping: Shipping charges only includes shipping. It does not include any international charges, including but not limited to import duties, customs, VAT and other taxes. Any additional fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your countries' customs office to determine what the additional cost will be prior to buying.

3. Gift cards are non-refundable. - Gift card purchases do not count towards the free shipping option. 

4. Return Policy:  To initiate a return, please email us at teamrhinooutdoors@gmail.com before sending any items back. We’ll provide the appropriate return address and ensure we’re aware your item is on the way. For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order separately. We do not automatically ship replacement items in exchange for returns.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after this window.

To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- It must include original packaging
- Must be  returned within 30 days from the date of purchase

📦 How to Return
When shipping your return to the address provided via email, please include the order number and the reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees (both from the original order and the return) are non-refundable. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing insurance—we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

🚚 Shipping Cost Policy
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees as well as shipping charges for new orders (if applicable).
In some cases, we may deduct the original shipping cost from your refund (e.g., oversized items like rods that cost $50 or more to ship).

💳 Refunds
If your return meets eligibility criteria, you’ll receive an automated email confirming that your refund is being processed. Refunds are issued as in-store gift cards or to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear, depending on your payment provider.

5. Defective Product:  Defective products must be communicated to us within 20 days of delivery. The original manufacturer should be contacted first if you suspect your product is defective.  We allow all the manufactures the opportunity to take care of you before we get involved.  If we need to get involved in a defective product you will need to send the item or items back to us so we can inspect them. If we determine the product is defective we will issue you a refund. (No replacement items will be sent). Plastic eyes on a bait that fall off are not considered a defect. Please Note we will not issue a refund or warranty a bait that has been eaten by a fish. We fish for big and powerful fish and they can damage a bait. Broken lips need to be inspected for abuse to determine if it was defective. Plastic lips are not meant to be smashed or casted into rocks, wood, or bridges and will not be covered as a defect. Plastic tails that come off on baits that have tails are not covered under warranty once the bait is used. There is no way to tell if there is a defect or if the tail came off because of many of the factors that can cause a tail to come off during fishing. 

6. Rod Orders will be shipped with the most cost effective shipping method regardless of what shipping option was selected at checkout. A refund on additional shipping will be refunded if no additional items on your order ship with the method  selected. 

7. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the selected delivery company. If your package isn't where you expect it to be please verify all possible delivery locations. We use USPS, UPS, and Speedee so your package could be in your mailbox and not just at the door. 

8. Most orders ship within 24 hours outside of weekends or holidays. We have no control over shipping delays. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by a shipping delay but will not issue a refund or discount for delayed packages. We will address issues and delays on a case by case basis. 

9. Oversize Tackle Storage (Lakewood Cases) will be shipped with the most cost effective shipping method regardless of what shipping option is selected at checkout. A refund on additional shipping will be refunded if no additional items on your order ship with the method  selected. 

10. Net Orders - Nets will in some cases ship direct from the manufacturer. Nets will ship via the most economical carrier regardless of what shipping option was selected at checkout. 

Please be aware there is a 5% restocking charge on cancelled orders due to the fees we pay from the credit processor that we don't get back when an order is cancelled.
